About UsJohn Martin has thirty years of experience in culinary arts and the food service industry. He has trained with some of the top chefs in the country. To his credit, Chef John is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University. He was the culinary director, executive chef and co-founder of Brew Moon Enterprises, a high-end restaurant brewery concept. The Brew Moon was awarded “Best New Restaurant” in Bon Appetite, Philadelphia Magazine and Hawaii Magazine. “Hot New Concept” from Nations Restaurant News and numerous medals from the hot and cold food ACF food competitions.
